What ShaSha stores, why, and how you delete it.
What we store
We keep your email, workspace name, members, and settings, along with the photos, videos, and audio you upload. Screens have no login and are never linked to a person.
Billing data
Apple handles payment. ShaSha never sees your card number. We only keep your plan, billing period, renewal date, and payment status.
Retention and deletion
Deleting your account in the iPhone app permanently removes your workspace, members, screens, playlists, media, and profile. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your Apple subscription. Members can leave a workspace without deleting it.
