Terms
These terms cover ShaSha Studio, ShaSha Player, and this website.
The service
ShaSha is provided as-is, without warranty, for digital signage: pairing screens, building playlists, and publishing content. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of content you publish to screens under your workspace.
Subscriptions and renewal
The workspace subscription is billed monthly or yearly through Apple and renews automatically unless cancelled from the iPhone app or App Store subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. When the paid period ends the workspace moves to the free plan: screens keep playing the last publish, and adding screens or storage needs a paid plan again.
Refunds
Refund requests follow Apple's App Store policies. Contact support@shasha.studio within 14 days of a charge and we will help you request a refund through Apple where applicable. Partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not guaranteed.
Account and workspace deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the iPhone app. Deleting the account of a workspace owner permanently deletes that workspace and all of its screens, playlists, media, and members. This does not cancel the Apple subscription. This action is irreversible and not covered by any refund.
